I am having a new house being built. I have asked the builder to install a water faucet in the garage for my SW mixing station and to run PVC in the crawl space from the SW mixing station to the office where the tank will be. I am also asking for him to install a GFCI outlet at the tank with its own dedicated breaker.

Can you all think of anything else (within reason) I should ask for?

As long as drains/plumbing are adequate to remove a lot of the headache tanks cause I'd also talk with him about ventilation depending on tank size.

Floor drain, water proof floors, extra ventilation, two separate dedicated GFCI circuits for the tank only. This way you can put essential equipment on two separate circuits just in case GFI pops, for some reason mine will pop if the power goes out and back on, sometimes.
