Hi anyone have experience dealing with aquariumplants? I finally got my carbondoser regulator after much consideration but it turns out to be a faulty unit.
Have been trying to contact aquariumplants for the past 10days but still have no luck getting a reply from them.

Really dissapointed with their customer service....any ideas on how i could get them to give me a reply? Or did i just wasted my money.

I have one, and I initially thought I had a defective unit as well. Turned out I was mistaken. When I called, I got someone in the phone who was glad to help me with my issue. I would suggest calling as opposed to email. I know they are a small company, and may only check email infrequently.
Hope this helps..

Thanks for your suggestion...... didnt bother calling them up. Just did some reseach online and found the problem. Everything settled now.

But still 12 days and yet no reply from a company like this is really not acceptable. Hope i dont face anymore problems with this regulator so i wont have to deal with them ever again.
