Hey all,
First time Aquascaping an aquarium tanks been running for a few months now and constantly changing the reefscape. I can’t get content at all not sure what the next step is. All the rocks are closer to the back glass. I’m just trying to give myself nice spots to put corals down the road also. Any critiques, advice, comments, etc. will be greatly appreciated!!!

my preference is to start high in a back corner and work lower towards the front center on one side.
on the opposite side, looking down from the top and starting in the rear corner, a ">" shape with the back leg parallel to the back glass, and higher than the front leg. the front leg running from the corner towards the front center.
this adds depth perception from front to back.
and unless you are going SPS exclusively you can't go too high. one side of my scape breaks the surface. I have three names that have decided that just below the waterline is the place to be.

Bulk Reef Supply had a video on how to plan your scape by using tape on front face to divide your tank into thirds vertically and horizontally. This helps to keep away from centering/balancing around the center of the frame. I have seen this recommended in other videos also. Photoraphers trick for keeping the observers eye off center.
