Alright total newbie at aquascapeing here. Any help or judgement would be appreciated

Looks pretty good, I always like the arch look. One thing to always keep in mind is that more sand space makes the tank look and feel bigger. (You might have space, hard to tell from pics) If I we’re you, I might remove some of the rocks out front. Great start though!

Try spacing out the bottom more. Add a blast or make the arch go to the sand bed. Provides significant depth and a really cool look.and remember you don’t NEED the pound to gallon

I normally would say remove some rock in the front....but since you are going bare bottom I think it will look great.

Hey everyone. So i made a big mistake and could use some input. i got the rock all put together using E-marco-400. I gave everything a good scrub and rinse before putting the rock in the tank as i planned on curing the rock in the tank for the next 2-3 months. I put the water in and it was like someone dumped a bag of chalk powder in there and is settling making my bottom super dirty. I have 2 mP40's on full blast and a cor 20 at max as well trying to get it to come off the bottom. would you dump the water and scrub the tank and probably pressure wash the rock or something? or wait it out and just start sucking out what i can get? Im also running filter fleece in the sump. Ill upload a pic of the tank when i get off work tonight to give you a better idea of whats going on. Thanks in advance.
