Its kind of driving me crazy now that my rocks aren't very stable inside my tank. I was looking at some way of cementing them together so they are more stable. Only problem is they are in my tank. Is there anything i can use to make them more stable so I can creat a better scape besides two part epoxy?

You can use plumbers epoxy on wet rocks under water. However, it won't stick very well, so you need to put super glue in the contact point to provide the stick. My whole skape is held together with this method and I did it all in my tank while full.

Is it the gel type of super glue or the regular liquidy kind?

You can use either but gel works better. For the epoxy, you can just use plumbers epoxy, but just make sure it says for potable water.
So something like this would work with some super glue

Did you use it underwater? And did you use any super glue?

I have used it both ways, under water and out of water, if your system is already running, one consideration is that your skimmer can run crazy when introducing the epoxy, better to turn it off while doing this or letting it behave, it should normalize within a couple of days.

No, I haven't used super glue.

About how long does it take to dry underwater?
