Less is more, your corals will grow. When I started I was packed with rock, wound up redoing the scape a year in and then pulling even more out. The arches are cool your working with dry rock - the rock you have drills easy - get acrylic rods and putty and keep it opened and arched. Take the extra time now. Trust me you wont regret it in the long run.
