I have a aquascape that I made for my 90 gallon tank. Over the past month branches have fallen off. I want to use the Marco 400 Cement. How can i use this cement even tho the rock structure has been in water for over 2/3 months as well as not killing any bacteria???

It says it sets in about 20 minutes, so having the rock outside the water for that long shouldn't be a major issue. Just keep it wet with a spray bottle or something. If there is any significant die off, you might see a mini cycle, so I'd monitor Ammonia.
Another idea would be to use some epoxy putty to secure the broken branches. No need to pull them out of the water to use that product.

I aquascaped my entire scape while wet. The rocks had been wet for months. Like @T-J says, taking them out for 20 minutes or so doesn’t do any harm. I didn’t use a spray bottle. Nyos reef cement hardens super fast but is more expensive. I used that mostly and also Marco cement. The Marco just takes more time.

if you’re doing a few rocks at a time, and there’s plenty of other cycled substrate, I wouldn’t worry about ammonia either.

well i figure if i’m gonna make sure it’s secure just do the whole structure so i don’t have to worry about it in the long run
