So had a 600 dollar order get shipped Thursday and for whatever reason got delayed until Monday out of the 17 corals both anemones and one goni died and they said they will only replace 1 item like what the heck clearly they need the money or something so I'm just gonna tell them not to worry about it and never order from them again

And to top it off another goni looks like it's on it way out along with 2 torches that never really opened since I got the package but hey they went against the company policy and offered me 1 of the 3 doas I had after the 2 torches and another goni that's gonna be six dead but I guess it's my fault it took 5 days to ship when SD is literally a 10 hour drive from where I live **** least they could've did is replace both the anemones and now what they want me to spend 100 more and 20 in shipping to get 1 of the doa items haha

As discussed all of our orders are shipped overnight and we check to make sure UPS is stating that the package will be arriving the next day and between 8-noon when making the shipping labels otherwise we will reach out to our customers to choose a reschedule date as we do not wish for delayed packages on anyone. I personally feel like those delays are one of the worst things that can happen in this hobby we all share.
Upon checking out on our website you do have to checkmark a box stating you have read and agree to our terms and policies. In our refund and guarantee policy page found here: https://aquasd.com/pages/policy
It does state, " Aqua SD cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays by shipping company "

That being said I did mention I would bend the rules for you and get you a replacement of your choice for the issue to go a bit above and beyond as a show of good faith in our company. I discussed things with the owner and he said that we can certainly send the two anemones and goni out in your next order to take care of this problem. If that sounds satisfactory to you please feel free to email me back. Thank you and have a great day.

All I really wanted was both the anemones specially since I took a bad pick of the one goni and can't be for certain what one it actually was

I just wanted the 2 anemones the goni was a bad picture and I didn't get the number off the bag 100% my fault
