I have a fairly old booster pump that is leaking at the top where the motor bolts to the housing. Im assuming that there is a seal there which I can replace. However, it is still creating 60+ psi but I have barely any water production. Is this repairable or do I need to buy another booster pump?

You could try some epoxy putty over leaking area

I was just on the aqautec website 2 days ago looking at the diagram of that pump (I own one of the 8800 and one of the 6800 series). The website is easy to navigate and you can download the pdf of the pump diagram and it has the manual too. If you want to go the quick/easy route and try to seal it like cory suggested that's up to you, but if you want to fix it proper and go the longer route it's a very detailed diagram and imho not that hard to replace the gasket (order one from them or you can make your own gasket) either way it can be fixed. I've had my 6800 for 15+ years running various rodi units it's currently on my spectrapure 6 stage rodi unit and it's right at 75 psi where I set it. I think they make good booster pumps at a fair price.
