Is anyone else having a hard time getting anything out of these guys? I ordered on the 1st of October and haven't heard a word. I've tried contacting them 3 times with no response. I'm about to start an action with my bank to get my money back.

I know nothing about them, but no communication over 3 weeks and u have contacted them.....personally I would file a claim.

It's really unfortunate because I've heard really good things about them, but 3 weeks with no communication doesn't speak very well for them in my opinion.
