Aquatic life 2x24" 3 button setup ????

I can't figure out how the auto button works and what the timing is I've finally figured out how to set the clock but I out it on auto and it's 630 and the lights are off so I'm not sure what the deal is. If anyone knows would be appreciated I already have a hydra 32hd just got this for 20 bucks only figured it would help a little with par and dark spots

what is the lights make and model number? manuals are usually online in pdf format. alot lights use the 24 time format 00:00-24:00 so 6:30p.m would be 18:30. have you been able to get the lights to turn on at all manually?
