Thanks I had to totally take apart one of the fixtures and reverse it and drill out the fixture end cap and the bracket to accommodate the cord. At least I could the other pieces as templates. A Dremel or die grinder makes it easy but a drill can work also.Yes, wouldn't that be great? I think you did pretty good with what you came up with.
Most lights have a connector that plugs into the power supply. It would be great if they had a split like wavemakers do so you could swap out smaller lengths of cable instead (as I've done with my wavemakers and controllers). Having to bundle up 10+ feet of cabling always seems like a waste. Thanks I had to totally take apart one of the fixtures and reverse it and drill out the fixture end cap and the bracket to accommodate the cord. I”m not an electrician but I wonder they could be spliced together or a y cable that funnels them in to one plug? Most lights have a connector that plugs into the power supply. Provided the single power supply was sufficient. I just hate having 10 feet of cables when 3 feet will do.I”m not an electrician but I wonder they could be spliced together or a y cable that funnels them in to one plug?
