How many gallons of a mixed reef fo u guys think this light can support?

It has 2-150w halides and 4 3 foot t5s. Seeing if I should upgrade the ballsts to 250w?

456 watts of lights can support pretty much anything up to a 48" wide tank. A lot depends on the fixture and bulbs. Better equipment can support more.

I was plannin on replacing the bulbs Phoenix 14ks and the t5s with ati aqua blue specials.

Depends on the fixture - An ATI fixture will give you 50% more light then a cheap fixture with the same bulb and wattage. All aquablue specials? I'd go with 1 aquablue, 2 blue + and 1 coral + - might add a purple in there too.
