Aquatic life T5's- 4 or 8 bulbs

Hello,

Does anyone have or had this fixture? I'm curious if you can turn on all the bulbs at the same time.
It has a built in timer and I think you can control 2 bulbs at a time.

Should be able to control each separately with the built in timer. Can also control the moon lights. I had the 4 bulb, great fixture for the price.

Also, does it comes with legs or just only needs to be hanged?

Yes you can have all the bulbs on at the same time. They used to make a hanging kit, but it may be discontinued. You could probably make a DIY solution. It does come with legs.
