Aquaticlife classic rodi 100GPD

Hey everyone I bought this product (Aquaticlife classic rodi 100GPD) last night and the guy at my LFS told me that I would not need anything and that everything is inside to connect and setup. I got home and after checking it over there was no attachments to hook up to a hose or utility sink. Has anyone here who bought this unit know if I need to buy an attachment to hook this up or if it was left out of packaging? I will post a picture below with everything that was included.
