Been running Radion XR30 Pros for some months and was not getting enough par & spread. Recently added this fixture with 4 corals plus t5. Any idea how I should go about acclimating corals to this new light? currently only ON for 1 hour a day and slowly increasing 15 minutes each week.

I would say your plan is sound and I am currently doing something similar with this fixture and 3 XR15s. Starting at 50' midday. Not certain how quickly I will ramp up but it will be similar to what you're doing. To a large degree I'll let the corals and clam tell me if they want more or less. However I'd consider switching out a couple of those Coral + for Blue +, corals will love it and there will be less risk of excess algae growth.
