Aquatop Eliminator UV sterilizer

I have a RSR170 and looking at affordable UV sterilizers for my small water volume and came across the Aquatop Eliminator 18w for a reasonable $140. Does anyone have any experience with one of these or any of the Aquatop line of UV sterilizers? I can't find any user reviews on them. One of the very popular LFS here in Dallas sales the larger more popular 25w Aquatop and the sales person told me that they don't know much about them either aside from the marketing; however, they've never received any complaints or returns on them.
