Hi everyone,
I've been reefing for almost 3 years with a 30g back at home; I was gifted this 5g earlier this year and wondered how to improve this tank. I can tell the lighting isn't the best, with the majority of the LEDs being white and only 3 being blue, any budget-friendly LEDs I can pop on this tank? I plan to attempt to replicate Shawn's 5g tank from WWC with inexpensive/hardy corals, so my first step is to upgrade the lighting. The flow isn't the best at all, I plan on creating a 3d print of a smaller random flow generator that would fit on my return line using the college's 3d printer, but even with this new nozzle, I think there should be more flow; any suggestions? I've attached photos of my tank so that some of you can find some problems that I might have looked over and would be needing to fix. Thank you!

Howdy! Good looking tank so far! For lighting I know noopscye (tbh I don’t know how it’s spelled) recently released an affordable pick style led. As for flow you have 2 options. Upgrade the return pump or add a wavemaker. There are a lot of nano pumps so finding one that works for your tank and budget should be easy!
