Aquatop sp5-uv

Hello all!
I just purchased the aquatop sp5-uv sterilizer for my reefer 170.
I've read a couple reviews that stated water bypasses the seal on the bulb and creates a fire hazard..
Has anyone had any bad experiences with this model?

I haven't - but I've only really used IM and AquaUV sterilizers.
