Has anybody used this stuff? I picked some up today along with some pods and rock rubble to try and get my little Rainford Goby eating in my Nuvo10 by getting a decent pod population going.

I am reading it's used when you start the tank up, then 7 days after, then once per month or with each water change.

Will this stuff help my cause? Tanks been up for two months. What's the best way to dose it if it will be beneficial? Do I dose as if I've already done the 7 days since the tank has already cycled?

Thanks all!

If your tank is already cycled there is little reason to use a product like Seed. The only real benefit would be if you were trying to create an anaerobic zone in your system to break NO3 into N2.

Cool, I'll be returning it if this is accurate.
