I have a 180 gallon reef tank w/ 2 overflows. Noticed one of them was leaking by the barb fitting. So I went to tighten the fitting and it got worse..... original flex piping was too large so I ran out to go get the correct size. I get back and try and install the tubing and the barb end snapped off. So I'm curious as to how long inhabitants will survive? I have 2 1850 koralias alternating and 1 jebao0w-50 running as well. New parts on order

Many people run tanks with just powerheads and not sump, you should be fine until the new parts come in. If you have any extra powerheads, it wouldn’t hurt to put them in the display. Also, if your sump is sitting with stagnant water for a while, you may want to change that out before.

If the powerheads were not breaking the water's surface in your normal course of operation, you may want to do that until your sump is back up, especially if you had a skimmer adding oxygen to your overall system.

Thanks for the replies the power heads that are installed are causing the water to break. I'm still running the protein skimmer in the sump to keep the water moving. Hopefully that should be enough.
