Aqueon quiet flow filter in qt

Good evening all. I am sorry if this has been posted before but I could not find anything. I am in the process of ending my cp treatment in a 20l with a clown, bi color Angel, coral beauty, purple tang, starry blenny, firefish and a chromis. I would like to start an actual filter instead of the sponge filter that's in there, can I put one of the aqueon filters in there with its cartridge?
