Aqueons On Sale

Has anyone heard of any LFS's in the area that are having a sale? I was going to possibly look at a couple used 75's today for around 50-100 but if i can get a new one for 20 bucks more I would rather do that!

Yeah Petco is doing the 1.00 per gallon sale now so a 75g would be 75.00 new

Petco doesn't sell Aqueons anymore, they are tetras.

this was sooooo frustrating. Did they used to have all of them? i actually went to the Manchester one and a cranky old lady told me they couldn't possibly even order a 75. The younger associate next to her looked very confused and almost said something then the old ratchety woman jumped in again and said "NOPE, we don't order tanks" it was unbelievable!!!

Yep that's true. The 1$ a gallon sale is only for tanks they have in stock and it's only up to 55 gallon. They discontinued carrying Aqeon. They now carry Tetra which is cheaper and lighter. The bottom glass is tempered so don't drill the bottom. I have drilled the sides however take your time for the glass is thin.
