Arduino based controller

Hello,
If there is a different tread for my specific question please direct me. I have been reading up on these diy arduino controllers. I am looking for something to give me sunrise/sunset led controls and temperature. I would have no idea where to start. Does anyone sell these pre built so that there is very little work to do on my part? I may be able to figure it out eventually but just buying the parts seems intimidating.

Looking to do the same thing ! Best place to start is with a typhoon controller and a deep internet search I found some easier DIY instructions of building the arduino breadboard
