Are Dragon Wrasse Coral Safe?

I know Dragon Wrasse are not invert safe, but are they coral safe?

As they grow, they have been known to nip corals but are more known for moving rocks around on the reef.. generally looking for food.. Another name they go by is Rock moving wrasse.. They can get to. 9 to 10 inches as well.. What else you have in this tank and what kinds of foods.. I am sure someone can give alternatives
