Are Jeabo flow settings based on percentage?

I just replaced my return with a Jeabo DCS-2000. The stock pump was 1550 LPH, so does that mean at setting 6 of 8, the Jeabo would flow 1500 because it's 75%? I want to keep the same flow, but with less heat. The Red Sea pump runs really hot.

hi,i think your dcs will run even cooler at 75% or less even if needed

ok misunderstood ,yes 520gph converted to liters 6-8 right where you want to be
