Are larger bristleworms more likey to attack small fish

What kind is this and would it attack? I thought if was a normal bristleworm

I’m betting fish was already dead.
 
It is rare that they kill healthy/sick fish. It looks like bristleworm so I think the fish was already dead or near to death. I had this size bristleworm in my tank, they never disturbed anything.
