Are my clowns paired?

I have 2 clownfish. They were both similar in size when I got them, but one has definitely gotten bigger than the other.

So the small one twitches at the bigger one, the bigger one doesnt twitch back. The bigger one almost like bullies the smaller one kinda. Like a moody female, she chooses when it's okay for him to be around lol...

Yesterday she started hosting my bba but wont let the male in it.. is this normal if they're paired? Are they not paired?

I just want baby clownfish haha
 
Also one clown is a regular Osolaris and the other is a misbar blood orange clown, can they still mate?
 
Clowns are clowns, will make an interesting cross
 
Yes it sounds like breeding behavior, but sometimes they practice for a long time and other times they don't wait. I encourage you to continue to watch, but don't be disappointed if you don't see eggs anytime soon.
