Is my mushroom splitting? Are my zoa's getting too much light

Looks like the mushroom is splitting. As for the paly/zoa, I don't know. I'd need to know your light settings, the light, and the mounting height.

Hmm. Is that a 29 gallon? You could lower the coral and see what happends. It would be great to look at other par readings users have from this light, and manage the coral off of that unless you can rent one.
 
That looks like a very new tank. I had almost zero luck with zoas until my tank was 9 or 10 months old. So they may not make it no matter what you do. For the first year, only buy cheap corals and see what works for you.
