Are my coral talking to me?

The past few days after staring at my coral I’ve notice longer polyp extension with the lowering of the lights. I have my lights for about 2 hours at 80% . Rest of the day they come down. Are they tell me to reduce light power?

Mine say feed me when the lights are low.
