Are my corals healthy?

Corals have been in there for about two weeks now and the mushroom coral has gotten much bigger so i'm not too worried, but my candy cane coral goes between this state of being shriveled up and open again. Just need someone with more expertise on this.

The candy cane is a little receded. Assure not too much flow (just moderate) and that salinity isnt elevated, phosphate not elevated and light not too bright especially if changes were just made. Feed both mysis shrimp
If a newer tank, you may be getting small swings. Dont rush to make changes which can make things worse ( a step known as chasing values)

Ok, so after a quick parameter check, my coral was receding because the alkalinity and calcium levels dropped. I have bought calcium, magnesium, and alkalinity to dose every week and will post picture to keep y'all updated

Daily doses would be better than weekly, creates a more stable chemistry.

How low were your parameters? Those two corals alone should be using very little alk or calcium. Regular water changes should be plenty to keep your parameters in check. What is your salinity?
