Surprisingly pretty refugium, IMO.

Well...I would have agreed with you...but I've been doing some online research and it appears that one of the causes of early death in aquarium fish is fatty degeneration of the organs. Just keep that in mind, okay? Thick is good - but at least consider working them a little to turn that fat into good muscle Maybe just turn the pumps up for a couple hours a day.

I'm actually programming a sequence of high flow velocity a few times a day. Thanks

LOL , no i was at first genuinely concern about the size and thickness of my fish . Wondering if i should cut back or continue with my regular feeding. I never had these fish before and didn't know what to expect and everybody comming over had the same AHHH and WOWs and so i asked the question lol. But having answers from 8 different sites , facebook clubs and other blogs the general message is one of congrats and to keep doing what i'm doing basically. I have the occasional doom and gloom. I understand certain concept. Yes the fishes are not in the ocean and don't fight currents as strong, they have less excersises, but they have les of everything in are tanks and more of other things so nothing is perfect. But they seem happy, very relaxed, healthy. And they still are hungry after everything is gone they pick at the rocks and walls and the growing macroalgaes, the Ulva . So i'm not going to worri too much for the rest.

LOL YEP , hihi, it was there before the tank. Its around the whole room actually its the cats room , pc room and the fishroom as well now . They haven't done a thing to the tanks or equipment, they just look and sleep near the tanks.

Most fish are way underfed, they may be a little plump but nothing wrong with that IMHO. Keep up the great work, basile.
