Are my mushrooms ok?

Hi all,

I’ve had this orange rhodactis and Superman (rhodactis?) for a few months and they really haven’t grown much. I just moved them to spots with a bit less flow and where I can see them better.

I sort of man handled one of them and it seems to be excreting some green stuff I haven’t seen before. Did I hurt it?

Hard to tell with pics but low flow low light partial shade is where mine thrive.
