Are my mushrooms okay?

Extra feedings will still help, just maybe clean mechanical filters less often than you are. You can also try to get a dryer skim in the skimmer if you are using one (more concentrated but less overall removing than wet skim in my experience).Tank is still young which makes sense
Do you know on what percentage blue I should put my single reefled90 to accomplish this? On a redsea reefer 200L
If it is under an overhang it wont really matter but that isnt a super powerful light either so I wouldnt really be worried about killing it with too much light

That does make sense, looking at the foam in my skimmer its very wet with larger bubbles

I think holding off on the feedings for a week would be better. Let it heal, don't waste the energy on eating.
IMO.

yea I was talking more as in input to the whole tank and not target feeding (mushroom corals never really need to be target fed regardless)

BRS recommends fresh water dipping???
I guess I didn't see that video. Can you post it?
Edit: this is all I find.
It does say rinse the container. Rinse the frag in clean(salt) water. Nothing about fresh water.

Here you go

Looks like a wild colony rock you bought. Ive had some pretty rough times where they slowly shrink away, much like how yours look. When they start to do this, I soak them for 30-45 min in an ammino acid bath, daily until they come back. Ricordea will do better in lower light conditions. I tend to keep mine around 80par and less. Feel free to check out my "Mushroom Thread"

Need actual tank parameters for proper advice. "Water parameters are fine" is not really sufficient. Often people think their numbers are fine based on poor advice when they are actually suboptimal.

Please scroll back I already mentioned the exact parameters

Missed that post, thanks!

Hi, so the past few days I increased feeding, and I even made a mistake so that my filled protein skimmer cup overflowed for hours and I wasn't home. So today I tested my phosphates on 3 different testkits: 2 the same salifert testkits, one hanna checker I borrowed, and my LFS tested my phosphates (but idk which method) but all tests give same results: 0 or much less than 0.03.

My nitrates are a bit up. 5-7 compared to 2-3 last week. I didn't do any water changes. I didn't clean anything.

How do I increase my phosphates without getting into other problems? My tiny ricordeas look happy. However, they retract at night. But strech during the day. I have had no algae or other problems in my tank for already 3 months+. My 2 clowns look happy too. Any tips?
