So i got a red sea test kit my results are DKH 8.3
Calc 600
Mags 1650ppm( this is fine because im killing byropsis)
So how do i lower calc?

Have you been dosing calcium? Doing water changes with new saltwater containing less calcium will do the trick over time. It might take a while but as long as your salt mix is in line your levels in your tank will come back to normal.

Your dkh is good. Wouldn't hurt to bring it up just a little, so you don't have to worry about it dropping below 8 so quick and not catching it in time. Your calcium is high, +1 on what Russellaqua stated!

Ca high need to level out your dHK a little to balance out with the Ca. You will be fine. are you just starting out with the tank? if you don't have anything in it you can change parameters quickly. If you have loaded with corals do a few water changes in a week. I use Red Sea coral pro salt which has high numbers at 35ppt or 1.025 s.g. with CA in 450 to 475 range Alk (dHK) 12.3 to 12.7 and Mg 1360 to 1420. So if you use this salt you could do a 10% water change than check couple hours later than do another 10% a few days later and then see where you are at. I like keeping my dHK up in the 12 area so that which helps keep Ca levels up. some people keep theres low but this is were I like it.

Might wanna retest the Ca...I got super high readings as well with the Red Sea Kit. I was filling the syringe to the top with out thinking of how much air was in there. At first I was in the 600s then after following the instruction I was around 465

Good call. didn't think about recheck especialy if you havn't used it before. I use salifert myself.
