Are my power heads too strong

I have a standard 75gal . I'm using 2 tunze turbelle stream 6100.10 powerheads on a multi controller.. they were on my 200 gal that I just downsized from. I think they may have to much flow for the 75 even turned down all the way... it's a new tank, but my fish are struggling to swim against the current, they seem happier when they are off, and my one frag of xenia is getting too much flow I think.. except in a few spots..... what's your guys opinions
