My zoas seem to be losing their fleshiness.. I really don't know what is wrong with them they have looked great until now.. Does anyone know what could be the cause of this? Please help!

They look like they're stretching for light. What kind of par are they getting?

I have a similar question, but the zoa isn't really losing any flesh.
I have a zoa frag also stretching. Running two Red Sea Reef LED 50s at ~ 18'' from the top (~180-200 PAR).
Schedule is 10 hours of 100% blue and 30% whites. Would this cause issues?

I'm not talking about them stretching, the stem part is not full like it was before, it's almost like they are squished or something like flattened

I'm sorry, it's hard for me to explain, I'm newer to reefing.. but I would compare it to a balloon that is full of air then getting the air sucked out lol

I have a 32 biocube with stock lights not to sure what the par is..

I understand that but since they are stretching I am thinking their other issues may also stem from inadequate lighting

I think maybe not enough light also. But, have you tried feeding? Not all zoas / palys have the same feeding response, but my palys at least eat like hogs, and when they do, they really plump up and pop out babies like no tomorrow. My colony of AOG's and Paly grandis both eat all the time, but I have a small group of Krakatoas that won't eat at all. The AOG's always look beefy when they eat. Might be worth trying.
