Are my Zoas getting too much light?

They all look pretty happy, bright and open to me. Are they losing color? Or what makes you think they're not happy?

some are white, might have to start feeding more

i don't see white ones in the picture.
however, i do see some that are closed. could be a snail, hermit, pod, etc... crawled over them.

Probably need a bit more info. Are they new to the tank? Where they brighter before and suddenly changed? Did you make any changes to your tank or lighting before/after the change? Parameter changes?

Overall though I think they look good. There are a couple closed but they probably were just bothered by something.
