Are Spiny Cowries reef safe?

Just spotted a cool little dude at my LFS with tiny feather dusters commingled amongst his spines...

Reef safe?

Can't find anything with a quick Google search.

Most Cowries feed on algae but a few feed on soft corals.Cant find an index for that species-Id say search around some more

I just saw 1 today at the LFS with like carnations growing out and a bright orange mouth. Was wicked but we searched and found it more on the not reef safe side so I passed.
