Are Stenopus shrimp hermaphrodites?

Like the title says. I know lysmata shrimp are but not sure about this genus. Can I create a pair simply by buying two shrimp?

As far as I can tell, no - they seem to be gonochoristic (i.e. they have males and females, not hermaphrodites).
