I don't have high flow in my tank, I don't think. I have a 40 breeder and flow is the return pump and an Icecap 1k set to oscillate +-20% max. Toward the top of the tank on the one side is higher more turbulent flow where the gyre and return meet. Where the gyre flow hits the wall and comes down toward the sand it's more moderate flow, but on half the tank it's low flow. In fact, I think it's too low on that side and I'm considering a second 1k gyre on the opposite side to blow that way.
I just feel like I can't put any of my corals up higher. My hammer is high up on the low flow side. Everything else is down by the sand in either low or moderate flow. Candy canes for instance seem to deflate in any kind of flow, but do great in very low flow. My duncans can handle slightly higher flow.
Anyway, what LPS can go in higher light and flow? I'm not planning any SPS right now. Maybe down the road a good bit. Was thinking about cyphastrea though.
