Are the copepods?

Hey all,

I just noticed a bunch of little red specs swimming around my water column and sump this evening when the lights went out. Are these copepods or amphipods?

I pulled a few out of the tank. Not sure if this is a better pic for ID or not

It's really hard to tell from those picture. Do they look like flat worms at all?

No they aren’t flat worms. They look like little fish if I’m being honest but I doubt they are.
