are there any idiot guides to GHL?

Hey guys
Im looking at getting a controller and I don't like the way apex overprices things here in the UK, so im looking at getting GHL but as im not technically minded Im looking for an idiots guide to GHL that tells it how it is in plain English.
Has anybody got any links for such a thing?
