Are there any sand-sifting fish that do NOT burrow?

I know the two spot goby is one of them. They don't form a bond with pistol shrimp either but they need a lot of real estate because they don't do well on commercial food. The BRS 160 had a bonded pair. Are there any others?

I used to have a yellow watchman goby that would cruise around and sift through the sand all day long. Yellow watchman gobies are shrimp gobies but mine never formed a burrow. He would just hide under the rocks at night or when he was startled

Two spot/twin spots create a den, usually something small under a coral or small rock. Most sand sifters do build a burrow, some are less elaborate than others.
