Are these 2 the same?

I bought 2 hermit crabs a while ago maybe 2/3 months they were exactly the same size and came in the same shell.

now one is still the same size and the other has changed she’ll twice and has grown SO much.
Is the bigger one actually a hermit crab and how big do they get? And how comes the little one has stayed the same size ?
