Are these Aiptasia?

These are pretty small and I couldn't tell if they are some feather duster thingy
or small aiptasia? If this rock is getting covered with aiptasia, would a dip in Coral RX Pro kill them?

Those are hydroids not Aiptasia.

Agreed. They tend to die off on their own
