one can't really tell by the pics or the video but there are so many species of this type of worms, so it could be one and it is beneficial....good luck....
 
Pretty sure they are vermetid worms. If they have stringy stuff hanging out of them then they are. I would put epoxy over the hole is comes out of because they reproduce and irritate corals.
