Are these baby snails or limps?

My hubby has these popping up in his tank and sump he was thinking they were snails but I think they look more like limpts because they are so flatten out and pointy in the middle. Can anyone settle this for us? Lol! First picture is tank lighting and second is with a flash (just for more lighting).

Mine just showed up in my sump first then spread to the DT.

So far I've been lucky and haven't gotten anything too bad! I got a file fish for the stuff that was growing on my rocks, luckily it also loves frozen food as well because it's has almost cleaned up the rocks!

Oh, I have another question, sorry, are they safe for the tank? He has corals and an anemone.

I got 2 better pictures of what is in his tank and I agree, they look like limpets to me.
