Are these baby snails?

They are super small but I can see them move on the glass like a snail. Also they are staying towards the top of the water

Pictures are too blue and blurry to discern anything. Could you take close-up shots under white light (ex. with a flashlight)?

The picture is still too blurry for me to give a good answer. The spots look like some cross between a flatworm in shape and a limpet in texture, though.

they are so small it’s impossible to get a good picture of them. What do it do? There is nothing in the tank besides a leather coral and some snails. It’s my old tank that has been transitioned to a frag tank
