Are these baby turbos?

Every 2-3 days for the last month or so when I use the flipper to clean the glass, I notice these white things falling off. I have a couple of turbos, some astrea, trochus and cerith snails. I’ve only ever seen the trochus spawning but these don’t look like them. Anyone ever seen baby turbos?
